  • Welcome to Darjeeling! After you arrive at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, you’ll travel by road through beautiful mountain views to reach Darjeeling. Check in at your hotel and relax. In the afternoon/evening, enjoy your time however you like — stroll around, rest, or discover local spots. You could take a ride on the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (Toy Train) or visit the peaceful Ghum Monastery with its old Buddhist relics.

  • Today, get to know Darjeeling, known as the Queen of Hills. Start early at Tiger Hill for sunrise — see golden sun rays over the Kanchenjunga peaks. Then go to Batasia Loop, a beautiful spot where the toy train makes a loop surrounded by gardens and mountain scenes. Later, visit Ghoom Monastery (Old Ghum Yiga Choeling Monastery) — one of the oldest monasteries here, famous for its 15-foot statue of the Future Buddha and calm, spiritual vibe.

  • After breakfast and check-out, you’ll drive to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. When you arrive, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is yours: rest, explore local markets, or visit one or two places nearby like Do Drul Chorten Stupa, Ganesh Tok Viewpoint, or Rumtek Monastery.

  • Today is special: a high-altitude trip to Tsomgo Lake (~12,400 ft) and Baba Mandir. On the way, stop at Kyongnosla to see waterfalls and alpine plants. At Tsomgo Lake, enjoy the changing colors of the water and admire snow-topped peaks all around. Then visit Baba Mandir, a shrine with a touching story about Baba Harbhajan Singh, who locals believe still guards the region.

  • After check-out, drive to Kalimpong. Once you reach and settle in, go on a sightseeing tour of this charming town. You will visit:
  • Kalimpong Science Centre, with live models and simple fun science displays. 
  • Army Golf Course, set with lovely hill views.
  • Pine View Nursery / Cactus Garden, home to more than 1,500 species of cactus and succulents from around the world — beautiful, calming, and perfect for nature lovers and photos. 
  • Deolo & Durpin Dara Viewpoints, which offer sweeping views of hills, valleys, and the town.
  • Zang Dhok Palri Monastery, a peaceful place with fine Buddhist art.

  • This is your last day with us. After breakfast, check out from hotel in Kalimpong. We’ll drive you to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your journey home. Carry happy memories of the hills, the lakes, the monasteries — and the places you discovered by yourself too.
