Payment options for the Resident Indian Nationals

1. Direct Deposit of Cash/Check/Draft into Our Account

You can walk into any branch of HDFC & deposit the cash/cheque/draft directly into our bank account, as mentioned below, across the country.

Cash Deposit: In accordance with Section 114B of the Income Tax Act, and as part of the government’s financial monitoring guidelines:

• Any individual making payments of ₹2,00,000 (in cash or aggregate transactions) for travel-related services must mandatorily provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN).
• La Esperanza Travels accepts payments up to a maximum of ₹1.99 lakh per PAN per financial year.

2. Use National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT)

Transfer the amount payable from your bank account to our HDFC Bank account using the NEFT facility offered by your bank. This transfer, however, takes 3 working days for the amount to be credited to our account. Please send us the copy of the screenshot that confirms the transfer of the amount.

3. Net Banking / Online Bank Transfer

You can make an online transfer of payment to our account through Third Party Transfer.

4. Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards, Mastercard or Visa. An additional transaction charge of 2.5% will be applicable to all credit card payments.

• Western Union Money transfer Service
• Telegraphic Transfer

Western Union Money Transfer Service: Please transfer funds to us instantly using the Western Union Money Transfer Service. We receive the funds within 24 hours of your transferring the amount in our favor. Please ask us the beneficiary details before using this service.

Telegraphic Transfer: Please ask your bank to transfer the funds by telegraphic transfer to our HDFC Bank account. The bank transfer fees are your responsibility and must be paid by you.

We will email the hotel confirmation/e-voucher/e-tickets to your email address immediately after your remittance reaches us via any of the above options.
