Travel Highlights Inclusions / Exclusions

Arrive at Dimapur Airport (connects with Delhi, Guwahati, Kolkata). Transfer to Kohima.
Check in at the hotel and rest.
In evening, visit a local market. You’ll see local vegetables, fishes, and other foods typical to Nagaland.
Overnight stay in Kohima.

After breakfast, full day sightseeing in Kohima: visit War Cemetery, Sale Emporium, Kohima Village, and local Church.
After lunch, go to Jakhama Village. Here you will meet the Angami Naga people and see how they live.
Overnight in Kohima.

After breakfast, travel to either Touphema Village or Khonoma Village.
At the village, walk around, visit a local museum, see how the local people live.
Visit Touphema Village Resort — run by Angami tribe. Enjoy local hospitality.

Tip about Khonoma: It’s about 20 km from Kohima, known as Nagaland’s first Green Village. The village has a sanctuary called Khonoma Nature Conservation & Tragopan Sanctuary (KNCTS), made to protect wildlife like the Blyth’s tragopan and many bird species.

After breakfast, drive to Imphal, the capital of Manipur.
Visit Manipur State Museum and Shri Govindajee Temple.
Evening free to relax, maybe explore Khwairamband Bazaar (a market run by mothers).
Overnight stay in Imphal.

Breakfast, then visit the Khonghampat Orchidarium and Imphal Zoological Garden.
Later drive to Moirang, the old capital of Manipuri Kings.
See Sadu Chiru waterfall and Japanese War Memorial, places tied to World War II history.
Visit Keibul Lamjao National Park, the only floating national park in the world, home to rare species like the Sangai (brow-antlered deer).
Return to Imphal for overnight stay.
