  • Visit the Kohima Zoo — home of the rare Tragopan bird, and the wild buffalo.
  • In the afternoon, visit Kohima Museum, War Cemetery, and Kohima Cathedral Church.

  • Tuophema is a village run by Nagaland Tourism.
  • Stay in a Naga-style hut and experience village life.

  • On the way to Imphal, stop at Dzukou Valley Viewpoint (a scenic place on the Nagaland-Manipur border) to enjoy amazing views. 
  • Arrive in Imphal and check into your hotel.

  • Visit the Vishnu Temple from 1467 — one of the oldest brick temples in Manipur.
  • See the mix of Hindu & Chinese architectural styles.

  • See the “Phumdis” — floating masses of vegetation and soil over the lake.
