  • Travel to Shillong, enjoying views of Umiam Lake, the largest man-made lake in Northeast India.
  • Check in at your hotel in Shillong. Take rest and unwind.
  • You may explore nearby areas or shop in Shillong markets (own expense).
  • Overnight stay in Shillong.

  • After breakfast, depart for Cherrapunji, one of the wettest places on Earth.
  • Visit Nohkalikai Falls (India’s tallest plunge waterfall) and enjoy its views.
  • See Seven Sisters Falls, surrounded by lush greenery and tea gardens.
  • Explore the Mawsmai Caves with its limestone formations.
  • Also visit Arwah Caves to see fossils and beautiful rock formations.
  • Return to your hotel and overnight in Cherrapunji.

  • Start with a good breakfast. Get ready for trekking in Meghalaya’s hills.
  • Head towards the famous Double-Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat. 
  • After the trek, visit local church, shops and markets in Cherrapunji.
  • Ride back to Shillong. Overnight stay in Shillong.

  • On the way, visit Maha Mrityunjaya Temple, which has one of the world’s tallest Shivalingas (126 feet high).
  • Arrive at Kaziranga. Check-in, relax, lunch and dinner at hotel.
  • Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

  • After breakfast, enjoy a jeep safari in Kaziranga National Park to spot one-horned Rhinoceros and other wild animals.
  • Visit India’s largest Orchid Park, with over 800 species of orchids.

  • Dinner and overnight stay in Kaziranga.

  • In Guwahati, visit Kamakhya Temple — one of the 51 Shakti Peethas.
  • Take a ride on India’s longest ropeway (1.82 km) over the Brahmaputra, enjoying views of Umananda Temple, Peacock Island and surrounding hills.
  • Drop off at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station. Carry lovely memories home.
