Welcome to the Land of the Rising Sun! When you arrive in Guwahati, we will take you to Bhalukpong, on the Assam-Arunachal border.Enjoy the drive through green hills, villages, and views of the Brahmaputra River.Check into your hotel and rest.In the evening, you may try kayaking or river rafting on the Kameng River. Overnight stay in Bhalukpong.

After breakfast, leave Bhalukpong and drive to Dirang, often called the “Little Kashmir.”On the way, visit Tipi, on the banks of river Bharali, and see the orchid garden with more than 500 types of orchids.Also stop at Nag Temple.When you arrive in Dirang, check in to your hotel.In the afternoon, visit apple and kiwi farms, Dirang Monastery, and Kalachakra Monastery.Return to hotel for overnight stay in Dirang.

Stop at the beautiful Sela Pass and Sela Lake.Visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial to learn about its history.
Also visit Nuranang Falls.Then arrive in Tawang, check in, and in the evening explore the local market.Overnight in Tawang.

Today, explore Tawang’s highlights.Visit Tawang Monastery, the largest Buddhist monastery in India.See Urgelling Gompa, birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama, and then the Tawang War Memorial.Also visit the craft center to see local masks, hand-woven carpets, and jewellery.Overnight stay in Tawang.

En route, visit Shonga-tser Lake (Madhuri Lake) and Sangestar Tso (also known as Madhuri Lake) surrounded by mountains and scenic beauty. Also visit PTSO Lake (Pankang Teng Tso), known for its calm waters and lovely surroundings. After enjoying the day, return to Tawang for overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for Bomdila.On arrival, check in and rest for a while.Later in the day visit the Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gompa) with its heritage and beautiful views.Then visit Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gompa), known for peace and its spiritual feel.Overnight stay in Bomdila.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Guwahati.On arrival, check into your hotel. Rest or explore the city at your own pace.You may visit places like the Guwahati Planetarium, Nehru Park, and other city sites.Overnight in Guwahati.

Today you will explore Guwahati.Visit Kamakhya Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, Assam State Museum.Also visit the Zoo, Botanical Garden, Regional Science Centre, Sukreswar Temple.In evening, enjoy the Kalakshetra cultural center with a light & sound show, or you can choose a sunset cruise on theBrahmaputra (extra cost). Overnight in Guwahati.

After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel.We will drop you at Guwahati Airport, Railway Station or Bus Station as per your departure.Leave with many memories of Arunachal and Assam!
