• Staff salaries; our own selected National Park approved guides, cook and porters
• Transport to and from the Mountain

Exclusions

• Tips for your crew, Hotel in Moshi town and Visa and other items of personal nature.
• End of a tour!

• Above rates are not valid during any exhibitions or events (Big 5, New Year, X-mas, Arab Health, Gulf Food etc)
• All transfer on "Seat in Coach" basis.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• We are not holding any rooms for any dates.
• Exhibitions charges may vary from hotel to hotel.
• Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays, excess baggage, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, war, airline or hotel policies etc.
• All entrance fees and excursions not mentioned above.
• Items of a personal nature, driver and guide gratuities.
